Colin Blackman, CPP - President & CEO
As President, Chief Executive Officer, Owner and Founder of Adirondacks Protection Inc, Colin is responsible for business growth and expansion, client retention and profitability, and the development and administration of Adirondacks Protection Inc. Guyana.
Colin holds an Associate of Arts Degree in Security Management from the City University of New York, John Jay College of Criminal Justice Services, and a Degree in Business Administration from the City University of New York of Sunny Levin College of Business Development.
Colin is a member of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) and a Certified Protection Professional (CPP). Colin has over 37 years of practical security related experience.
- As President, Chief Executive Officer, Owner and Founder of Sentinel Security Services LLC, Brooklyn, NY, USA. Colin is directly responsible for the overall administration of Sentinel Security Services LLC, and oversees Accounting, Operation and Business Development since 2008.
- Colin worked at the three largest Security Companies in the Tri State Area of New York, USA as a Private Security Unarmed Uniform Security Guard, a Site Supervisor, a Field Supervisor, Security Guard Dispatcher, Security Guard Dispatcher Supervisor, Accounts Manager and an Operation Manager.
- Colin is also the former Director, Chief Executive Officer, Owner, and Founder, of Dragnet Base Investigation & Collection Services, Castries, St. Lucia, West Indies. (1992 – 2002).
- Colin served the Intelligence Corp of the Guyana Defense Force, Camp Ayanganna, Kitty, Georgetown, Guyana (1985 – 1989), and Fraud Squad, Brickdam Police Station, Georgetown, Guyana (1982 – 1985).
- Special Squad, CID Headquarters, Guyana Police Force, Eve Leary, Kingstown, Georgetown, Guyana (1979 – 1982).
- President Guard, Vlissengen Road, Georgetown, Guyana (1977 – 1979). Tactical Services Unit, Guyana Police Force, Eve Leary, Kingstown, Georgetown, Guyana (1975 - 1977).

Bibi Mohamed
Principal Assistant Secretary
Bibi Mohamed is the Principal Assistant Secretary at Adirondack Protection Services; Inc. Bibi is a professional with strong interpersonal and client services skills. Bibi is self-reliant and a results-oriented person.
Bibi experience in secretarial functions and as a trained customer services profession initiated in the hotel industry where she served as a head receptionist and switchboard operator, and subsequently, a supervisor.
Bibi graduate from St Joseph's High School and is advancing her studies in computer science at the University of Guyana. Bibi completed several workshops in customer services and management studies with UNESCO.
Bibi is above all, recognized by management as a great self-motivated individual. Bibi provides administrative support to the President of Adirondacks Protection Services, Inc and its board of directors. Bibi also assists in marketing, communication, technology, human resource management, accounting, scheduling, operations, bid preparation and contract paperwork.
Bibi is now verse in the AS400 and Valiant Scheduling Software programs. Bibi will answer your service request and provide you with all the answers to your important questions.
Sabrina Martindale
Vice President Operations
Sabrina Martindale is the Vice President of Operations at Adirondacks Protection Services, Inc. She is task with the responsibilities of reporting on the company’s day-to-day operations to the President & CEO.
Ms. Martindale’s duties and responsibilities include; providing administration; coordinating support services to meet and exceed the company’s financial, operational, and compliance goals; conducting interviews and evaluation of new employees, training, placement and on-the-job training and resolving conflicts for the efficient and effective management of Adirondacks Protection Services, Inc. operations.
Ms. Sabrina Martindale has a wealth of knowledge, experience, training, skills and expertise. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and a Diploma in Accountancy from the University of Guyana, an Advanced Diploma in Project Management from the Institute of Commercial Management (ICM) - United Kingdom among other qualifications. Martindale gained over 19 years of working experience in various functional areas such as: management; marketing; planning; budgeting and financial analysis from within the public and private sector which makes her adept and an asset to the company.
Natasha Caldeira
Office Manager
Ms. Natasha Caldeira is the Office Manager of Adirondack Protection Services, Inc. Ms. Caldeira is a professional with strong interpersonal and client services skills who is self-reliant and results oriented.
Ms. Caldeira is above all, recognized by management as a great self-motivated individual. She is task with providing administrative support to the Vice President Operations and President & CEO of Adirondacks Protection Services, Inc. and also assists in marketing, communication, technology, human resource management, accounting, scheduling, operations, the preparation of bids and contract paperwork, respond to inquiries from clients, contractors and employees.
Ms. Caldeira has a wealth of knowledge about the company having been employed from its conception. In addition, she has several years of experience in secretarial functions, is trained in customer services and a certified First Aid/CPR Trainer at St. John’s Ambulance Brigade in Guyana for over 12 years.
