The Security Guard Services Industry is not immune from unethical practices such as Security Guard Companies billing Clients for Hours not Worked, and Security Merchants selling unnecessary and outdated security systems to Clients, and Investigative Companies deliberately exaggerating reports, and unnecessarily prolonging investigation to inflate profits.
Therefore, a Code of Ethics is very essential to promote moral behavior which is an "Asset and a Goodwill” to any reputable good business. Adirondacks Protection Services, Inc Security Guard Company focuses on and pledge as follows:
- Apply Uniform and Equitable Standard of Employment in recruiting and selecting personnel regardless of Race, Creed, Color, Sex or Age, and provide wages and salaries commensurate with Job Responsibilities, Training, Education and Experience.

- Uphold the trust of employees, Clients, and the General Public by performing the functions within the laws, and not ordering or conducting violation of laws, and ensuring that Security Personnel conduct their assigned duties lawfully and with proper regards for the rights of others.
- Maintain a professional posture in all business relationships with clients and other members of the private security industry and members of other professions organization and insist that security personnel adhere to the Highest Standard of Professional Conduct.
- Respect and protect the confidential and privileged information of all employees and clients, wellbeyond the terms of employment, and contracts, except where their interests are contrary to the law of the land or the Code of Ethics.
- Respect the reputation and practice of others in private security, but expose they corrupt practice to the proper authorities when their conduct that is unethical or unlawful.
